Attention Deficit

Select Diagnostic Criteria for ADHD:

  • Is often forgetful in daily activities.
  • Is easily distracted by extraneous stimuli.
  • Has difficulty sustaining attention to tasks.
  • Often fails to give close attention to details or makes careless mistakes in schoolwork, work, or other activities.
Case Study:
Four-year-old boy is so preoccupied by talking about tornadoes that he puts his pajama pants on over his head. Does not notice his mistake for well over 45 seconds. (We got the camera as quick as we could, but we missed the part where he had arm A in one pant leg, his head in the other leg, and he couldn't figure out where to put arm B, sorry folks . . . fortunately this last part is pretty cute too). Enjoy.

LOL. This is such a familiar situation! They border on obsessiveness sometimes, don't they? I love the video!

We're going to have to stop looking at this blog. We see all these cute things Eric and Lily do and it makes us miss them so much. We are so excited to see you all.
