Quarantine

We don't have much to share this week, since we spent the majority of our free time caring for a sick boy.

Eric spent the majority of his week on quarantine. We think he had the flu. Whatever it was, he had fever and nausea off and on for five days. Luckily Lily and the rest of us were able to avoid the bug. By the end of the week Lily was begging to have some of that yummy looking medicine that Eric kept drinking, and Eric despised the very sight of it.

Here is Eric cooling down in the tub when his fever was particularly high.

ohhh! That's heartbreaking. He looks so pitiful in the tub. Poor kid! I'm glad the rest of you didn't get it.

Poor guy! That is very sad. I hope he is doing better and you guys stay healthy.

I wanted to tell Jen that I especially enjoyed her story in The Mom's Club Diaries book. It was written so well and really touched me! Thank you so much for sharing it. I think pearls are my new favorite thing.

Poor guy! (And poor mommy!) It must be calming to be a nurse in these situations. I know that the only time I really freak out is when there's a medical situation - and I mean FREAK OUT. It's not pretty. :) I'm glad everyone's feeling good now!

poor guy. I'm glad he is feeling better off riding bikes now. He is such a cute kid. It stinks being sick and trust me this winter has been the sickest for all of us!

Jenny, thanks for the comments on my blog, I love to hear from everyone. I hope Eric is feeling better, I hate to have sick kids. I'm glad the rest of you didn't get it! I sent Audrey an email about the reunion this summer, I don't have your email so make sure she forwards it to you. Take care!
